In 1999, when our school was founded, there was no school song for the first two years. On important occasions during the first and second school years, the teachers and students sang Give Thanks 《歡欣》 and All Because of You 《全因為你》as a makeshift school song until January 2001, Principal Cheng and the former head of the music department Ms Cheuk Suk Chun contacted Reverend Su and invited him to compose a school song. Reverend Su, who was kind and approachable despite being nearly 85 years old and busy with public affairs, readily agreed. Over the next few months, together with Dr. Lau Wing Sang who wrote the lyrics, he tirelessly revised the school song several times, and finally completed the composition in July of the same year.
